Conveniently located on Gran Via in the very heart of Madrid, the vibrant Brach Madrid Le Restaurant, with its warm décor created by Philipp Starck, serves Mediterranean cuisine.

Mediterranean cuisine and French pâtisserie

The lunch and dinner menu dishes are inspired by the tastes of the Mediterranean basin: baba ganoush, croquettes, smoked labneh kofta, octopus, pastilla, arancini balls… The menus also showcase the signature dishes of chef Adam Bentalha: grilled cauliflower, European seabass and confit lamb shoulder.
The best French pâtisseries in Madrid are served for dessert.
A seasonal lunch menu is served from Monday to Friday.

Businessmen and women, friends and family members can enjoy a delicious breakfast at Brach Madrid: avocado toast, golden croissants, eggs served all ways, pan con tomate, pata negra ham, fresh fruit juices, coffees, matcha teas, teas and golden latte.

Brach Madrid Le restaurant evokes the atmosphere of a prestigious café. Its unique and bold style designed by Philipp Starck creates a warm and dynamic atmosphere. The open kitchen – the beating heart of the restaurant – exudes a vibrant energy. Spanish and Mediterranean flavours are imaginatively combined to create sunny and authentic dishes served against an elegant and modern backdrop. The restaurant has a private dining room for those seeking a more private dining experience.

Sunday brunch

Our Sunday brunch is a celebration: Specific flavours and carefully selected produce in a vibrant atmosphere. The generous buffet includes raw dishes, vegetable dishes, stewed meats, croissants and French pâtisseries served to the sounds of the DJ set. Food is served with freshly squeezed juices and hot drinks (coffees, matcha teas and teas). Brunch is the perfect time to spend with family and friends.

Every Sunday, from 12 pm to 4 pm.
€77 for adults and €30 for children aged 3 to 12.

Cocktail bar and mixology

Brach Madrid Bar is popular with cocktail lovers. The art of cocktail making is expressed through signature creations: Puerta del Sol (Anaë Gin, Dolin red vermouth, fig syrup made in-house, lime juice, cassis and Aquafaba) or Las Huertas (Volcan Tequila, Orange Bitter, beetroot, lime and peach syrup), paying homage to Spanish flavours. The bar’s mocktails are a take on classics such as the Virgin Spritz and the Cosmopolitan, as well as original creations such as the Virgin Brach.

The Pâtisserie at Brach Madrid embodies French excellence through its creations. Savour a mouthwatering chocolate éclair with a rich ganache or a deliciously sweet Mont Blanc. Executive Pastry Chef

Fabien Emery, Executive Pastry Chef at Evok Collection, was crowned European sugar art champion in 2017. Fabien is recognised for his ability to transform ingredients as well as for his absolute attention to detail and his perfectionism.
